The personal information that may be collected on the Site is mainly used by the Publisher to manage relations with its Internet users and, where applicable, to process orders and other services offered by the site http://minima.fr.

For security reasons and to avoid any fraudulent request, this request must be accompanied by proof of identity and specify the address to which the reply should be sent. After the request has been processed, this proof will be destroyed.
No personal information collected from the user of the site http://minima.fr is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties.
Only a possible takeover of the site http://minima.fr and its rights would allow the transmission of the aforementioned information to the potential purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same duty to retain and modify data vis-à-vis the user of the site http://minima.fr.
The Publisher, Minima SAS, undertakes not to keep the personal data entrusted to it beyond the period necessary for the provision of the service, plus the retention period imposed by the rules applicable to legal prescription.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 July 1998 transposing the directive 96/9 of 11 March relating to the legal protection of databases.
